Beautiful beach and good local shops (they sell all the basics). But water was cold in July this year and was crowded. But there were some very empty beautiful places if you're willing to walk a bit further.

Fantastic old side of town in Armação de Pêra. Beautiful tiled houses and buildings! Wonderful places to eat, much better option than the modern side of the town.

Spent a wonderful week there. Found the people very friendly. Loved the weekly market that's held on Saturdays.
