Don't buy from them!!! Worst customer service, takes them ages to answer, it seems that there is a complete miscommunication between the online and the physical store. They don't answer to messenger (only after writing an angry comment in Facebook) you'll be lucky if someone will answer by phone, their support email returns error message. And by the way, I'm writing it while waiting for the order... 24 hours delivery - yeah right.

I have been waiting for the dog food delivery for 1 week already! the worst part of it is there is no way to reach them on phone and through several emails that i have sent there was no response . i have ordered for quite a large amount and i want my refund back .

Devia ter lido alguns comentários antes de ter faito a encomenda. O preço era apetecível, mas tudo o resto foi um caos O atendimento ao cliente é HORRÍVEL, Demorou um mês e meio para me entregarem uma ração e uns snacks que troquei como última alternativa a terem k me dar o dinheiro de volta. E-mail para lá, e-mail para cá e andamos nisto mais de mês. Propus várias trocas por produtos \alegadamente\ disponíveis no site e a resposta \automática\ era sempre a mesma a embalagem chegou rasgada, e ainda me cobraram 1 de despesas de administração. Ridículo Não recomendo de todo. FUJAM... por alguns euros não vale a pena o tempo e as chatisses que vão ter. Por algum motivo, digo eu, recentemente esta loja deixou de constar das listas do KuantoKusta, tendo preços mais baixos do que alguns dos que lá surgem.
