Good range of products in most categories. Prices holding up, so not many deals. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would still suggest shopping around eg Auchen in the Forum, Faro.

Absolute worst customer service Ive ever been through. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from Worten. If you have problem with something you bought you will 100% regret buying from here. Since buying from there Ive had 3 different products not working properly and all of the cases has been a extremely annoying case with solving them has been taking OVER 60 days. They dont even deserve 1 star.

I had some trouble with the repair of a dishwasher. Repair took too long, due to the repair center of Hotpoint. Worten agreed that things were taking too long, and offered to exchange for a new machine. These are the opportunities for a shop to make a difference versus online sales, and Worten did it.

se pudesse dar zero estrelas dava, horror, pedi um arranjo de um telemomel com urgencia, quando ligava eu a perguntar do telemovel diziam-me a mim uma coisa e quando era o meu namorado diziam-lhe outra coisa, Ainda nao tenho o telemovel arranjado e garantiram me que seria em 2 dias no maximo, roçam a ma educacao, e so nao querem saber dos clientes,

Péssima experiencia. Após comprar mais de 20.000 euros em 2 anos na Worten, comprei há quatro meses 3 ar condicionado split. Um deles deixou de funcionar. Pedi o reparo há 23 dias, sem resposta, apontei no Livro de Reclamações, a pessoa da Worten que me ligou, sugeriu que pedisse a substituição. Pedi. Não tem o mesmo equipamento. Querem que aceite outro, 150,00 euros mais caro, e que eu pague. Não aceitei, pedi a devolução do valor pago. Só o fazem após a remoção do equipamento. De certo, pensam que eu é sou o aldrabão. Será que sou? Não recomendo, fujam desta malta, comportamento comercial desonesto.
