The worst service I ever had to deal with! Stear away from this company. Completely ignore their customers. Purchased a new entrance door from them 3 years ago and after few months started giving problems, (loud cracking noises that can be heard on the third floor of the house, super creepy, always have a feeling that someone is breaking in to my house). The company attempted to fix the problem 1 year and a half ago, which only resulted for couple of months, and then started all over again! Lost my count how many times I have tried to have the issue fixed properly but now they don't even answer my phone calls. Last time they contacted me was in October 2019 promising to fix it by the end of the year. Nothing happened until today. Last week went to their office and have them time until November to get a new door. After that the court it is. What a total lack of respect from their side, it's ridiculous!!!

Windows, doors and fly screens ordered in December 2017 and the installation is still not complete (as off Oct 2018). We have had the wrong sized windows delivered a number of times, missing fly screen, damage items delivered. Items damaged during the installation. The fitting of the windows and doors was at the best poor. Damage was caused to my property during the installation and Raposo agreed to fix the damage, but to date they have not fixed the damage. Raposo are now not responding to my emails and I have left with an uncompleted installation and damage items. I wish I had never walked in to the Raposo showroom. update Nov 18...still no contact from Raposo - we now have found out the door leaks when it rains (this was reported in the past and was \fixed\ by Raposo, but following the recent rain we found out it still leaks!!!)

Déjà 3 mois de retard sur le délai prévu de 3 mois, soit 6 mois. Une baie complète oubliée et une autre arrivée aux mauvaises dimensions, donc de nouveau attente de 3 mois pour les rectifications. Sans parler de la porte commandée cintrée, livrée carrée sans aucun préavis ! Et la cerise sur le gâteau, les fuites découvertes aux premières grosses pluies… Bref travail catastrophique, j'attends toujours un retour de Raposo. Je vais devoir faire intervenir une autre entreprise pour corriger les malfaçons… Entreprise à fuir, ne vous laissez pas berner par les supposées nombreuses années d'expérience !
