Fantastic service throughout from first contact to end delivery. Electric underfloor heating thoroughly checked. Problems with thermostats resolved by fitting new ones which are much easier and simpler to use. Technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient. Attention à éviter aucun professionnalismes . L’entretient de nos airco à l’intérieur a été bâclé. Le technicien à ouvert les caches sans rien faire alors qu’il ya au moi à 9 points à vérifier suivant Samsung . L’entretien du panneau solaire la même chose . Après le départ du technicien plus d’eau chaude . Après voir attendu 3 jours le technicien appel et signale qu’il viendera quand il aura le temps . Plus de nouvelle par la suite . Un mail pour me dire qu’ils avaient trop de travails et pas le temps de venir et me Rembourser 75 pour l’entretien du panneau solaire . Voilà le. Professionnalisme de cette société . En plus on vous pousse à payer sur place directement en cash pas d’appareil bancontact cette année alors que les années précédentes il y avait . On Vous fait croire qu’à le montant en cache est htva alors que c’est déjà le montant tva compris . Grosse grosse arnaque
