Unfortunately this hotel does not live up to its 5 star rating. The staff can be quite rude and rarely acknowledge you as you walk through reception. A simple hello would not go amiss. The pool area needs some serious updating, I do question a hotel that still asks you to swap ‘towel cards’ for a towel by the pool, this seems very old fashioned. There is no turn down service in the evenings which I would expect in a hotel that is 5 star. Certain areas of the hotel seem to have been forgotten when it last had an update and had we not have booked an ocean suite which was lovely but on reflection very expensive when put into context with the rest of the hotel, we may well have looked for another hotel.

Fantastic holidays in this beach front hotel. Great service. Nice breakfast and very comfortable bedroom. Super location for relaxing vacation. Recommend and will return.
We booked the stay and play package. Two rounds of golf on the fantastic Sao Lorenzo course although buggies at 50 is expensive. Hotel has excellent Covid arrangements in place. Fantastic rooms. Outside pool and sunbed area has been updated since the last time we stayed there. Plenty of luxury sunbeds available. Breakfast was top class. Seperate counter services for the continental breakfast and cooked breakfasts. It was well managed by friendly staff. Food was excellent!

Very nice .quiet hotel.
Beautiful views over the sea and only a few minutes walk to the main restaurants, cafe and bars area (food never a disappointment!). Perfect for families. Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Hotel is complete luxury and always immaculate. No negatives!
Room is tidy and clean. High quality amenities. Plenty of choice breakfast, fresh fruits, cheese and cereal. Able to order omelette. Restaurant meals are stylish presentation and taste is so good, Asian taste, Italian and etc... I think room is cleaned morning and evening. Classic and innovation. Everything my husband and I recommend.
