The worst service. So the owner went back to England to sort out things regarding brexit and left a neighbour/friend in charge! She refuses to allow pick up of our items as they are not an essential business. However all the other courier firms are open i spoke to algarve removals this morning! They are also allowing pick up on certain days but not all I have tried to collect an item the last three weeks using a firm that is permitted to do removals during covid and I am refused. Unbelievable that my items are being held to randsom. Highly not recommended

Right now, post Brexit, they are doing their best but nothing is arriving. This could mean the end of their business to transport small items from peoples shopping in UK. I hope not, as its a great service for family to send things.

True International Movers Thanks to Rob and his crew who helped made my relocation from Algarve back to Hong Kong a heck of a lot easier. After helping to box my fragile items from my home, they stacked and wrapped the boxes professionally for their long container box sea journey to Asia. They all arrived well! Thank you Rob!

Dear Rob Move went well eventually. The guys were brilliant and worthy of their tip. However, the lack of professionalism this morning was frankly shocking. Kept waiting at the meeting place for 20 minutes. When I telephoned to find out where they were I was told they would be an hour late at least. One and a half hours late in fact. No one called me to tell me and that is the worst bit. I had to telephone to find out. Whoever is in charge of your office is simply not competent. This caused us severe grief I can assure you. Then, to find out there were no wardrobe boxes after receiving confirmation by telephone there would be, and indeed your email confirming same, was again simply pathetic. I know they arrived with Campbell but that is not the point. Apologies given, due to issues with COVID is laughable. Guys were great, sadly badly let down by an incompetent office process. I also asked 3 times for you to ring me, and you know the answer to that, posted missing. Not happy. Ken Paterson
