My first visit was one year ago. This is my second visit. When last year I came to this hotel I appreciated the staff behaviour , they are nice and helpful. Large and clean rooms with nice view gives good feeling. This year because of pandemic I was not sure that I will have a holiday but considering my experience in this hotel I came back here. I am happy with my decision.They respect very good protocols. The location is perfect. It has limited parking and you should be lucky to get an spot. It has gym, pool, bar. Breakfast is very good. I would love to see they offer salmon at the breakfast. You may reserve for restaurant and laying chair near the beach

A really wonderful hotel. Our suite was perfect, staff were very helpful and accomodating. Food/ breakfast was fine plus if you are full board there are several other quality restaurants in the resort where you may take your inclusive evening meal. The whole feel is very laid back a very good place to chill by the pool and recharge. Can't wait to return.

From booking, to check-in, to the staff, to the pool, to the food, to the bar - everything about this hotel is gorgeous! We were over for a wedding, and are so pleased we chose to stay here! We were greeted by Tatiana when checking-in, and could not have asked for a better experience! She is so kind and professional, and was so lovely to work with! In addition, we were welcomed with a choice of sparkling wine, or orange juice - does it get better than that?? We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and the service we received was not what we expected at all. Firstly, finding out any information about the gym was a nightmare: the website does not state anywhere that there is a fee of 4 per person per visit to use the gym. We had to ask four different people before we even got told where the gym was and when it was open. We were not told at any point about the fee until we were stood outside the gym itself, being refused entry. Abysmal service for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Secondly, the rooms. Whilst clean and well cared for, they did not meet the standard you would expect from a 4 star hotel. They were quite bare, with little decoration or personality. The air conditioning unit was also of poor quality, leading to some sweaty nights sleep, despite the lowest temperature being selected. Furthermore, we were charged for the water which was left out when we first arrived (in most hotels in Vilamoura this is complimentary). To top it all off, nothing at breakfast is labelled making it a nightmare for anyone who has allergies or intolerances. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I really wanted to like this hotel - the decor of the main hotel as you enter and the pool are beautiful. It is just a shame that the rooms and service do not match up to this standard. EDIT: In reply to the owner's comment, I am talking about the gym in your sister hotel that we were informed that guests from both hotels had access to. I am definitely on the right page.
