This school is what I call REAL YOGA! I did a teacher training (TTC) in India early 2020 with them and it totally changed my life. Mukta directly comes from India and share his practical knowledge and experience from his heart and is like a demystification of what spirituality, meditation, tantra and kundalini is all about, how to put it into daily life. End of the day, I feel much more peaceful, relax, easy with myself, as I learnt many tools for life, how to feel more free in my mind and heart. Highly recommend for anyone looking for true yoga with a proper teacher/Master from the East, who embody that wisdom and help you transform with it

Woow so happy to see that Mukta Tantra Yoga is in Portugal! I did their TTC in India in 2019 and I really loved this training. It is a totally different Yoga from what I was practicing before because it helped me to be present. The philosophy with Mukta help me to understand that true spirituality is not following so called gurus blindly, neither to escape from the difficulties of daily life. It gave me tools to find solutions to live happily with myself and to live life in its totality. I honestly recommend attending a retreat or TTC with Mukta.
