I took my Porsche Panamera in for a knocking noise on the engine, thinking it would cost me a fortune. I've never met such a fantastic mechanic in all my days. He knew the fault straight away, fixed in rapid time, by a really nice guy called Joao (I think he was the owner). He could speak fantastic English as well. I recommend this garage to anybody. 5 stars

Super rude guy, terrible service, DO NOT GO HERE. I made an appointment at the reception on a Monday, for the following Wednesday at 9 a.m. I made clear that there was 2 things that needed looked after. When I dropped my van off at 9 am I was told they would give me a phone call as soon as they knew more. I thanked them and left. At 6 pm I still hadn't received a call, so I went back to the garage. They told me they need a new part to fix 1 of the 2 problems and they tried ordering it but couldn't reach anyone, that's the reason they didn't call me. I asked about the other problem. They had not looked at this issue at all. They told me if I'd wait for 20 minutes they would quickly take a look and tell me what needed to be fixed. 40 minutes later I asked them for another update. Nothing had happened. I asked for my keys back. They lady at reception left without a word and didn't return for the next 10 minutes. I went outside and asked the boss, who was showing friends and family some cars and chatting with them since I arrived, about my keys so I could leave. He was really rude and angry and told me my keys were in my van. I told him thanks, that's all I needed to know. He follows me to the van and is speaking really angry and loud to me, I tell him I just want my van and keys back and I'll go to a different mechanic since I had an appointment that morning at 9 and literally nothing has happened, they didn't even bother to call me. He get's really angry because he is so busy, I tell him he should not make new appointments if he is too busy to keep them. I could've found another mechanic 2 days ago if this guy would've just been honest with me that he is too busy to even look at my van. He's a terrible man, I don't even care anymore if he's a good mechanic or not, he's such a rude and angry person I don't want to come across him ever in my life, definitely not pay him money for services.

Falta de profissionalismo, mau serviço prestado. Reparação tipo sucateiro. Falta de limpeza no trabalho. Preço mão de obra praticado demasiado elevado para a qualidade de trabalho. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Recentemente solicitei os serviços do Sr Pedro Faia para 1 problema grave na eletrónica e fiquei muito satisfeito pelo serviço prestado e pela ajuda adicional que me deu, de 1 dia para o outro com bastante simpatia e honestidade com o preço bem. Justo, e ainda teve a gentileza de disponibilizar os seus conhecimentos no sentido de me ajudar noutra questão e resolveu o meu problema Aconselho vivamente e obrigado a todos inclusive a própria empresa que foram sempre 5 estrelas. Tinha ideia inicialmente de bom serviço, mas acho que estamos a lidar com pessoas de vão de escada
