Ive played this course many times and at first it was fantastic, unfortunately over the last year or so the course condition has gotten worse and worse but the green fees increased...I asked for a twighlight rate and the chap said he would do a better than twighlight rate so 80 this was at 15:40 last Saturday. I was not impressed at all I dont mind paying but course condition was the worst ive played in the whole Algarve its not worth 40 at the moment. Absolute rip off. Pictures dont do it justice. At least the fairways were good. Wont be going back for a while.

Played the Faldo Course on 9th Feb 2020, WOW, what an absolutely stunning course with spectacular views. The layout is superb and a real test of your golfing ability. The tees, fairways and greens were excellent. The resort staff were helpful and knowledgeable. A buggy is a must though as there's some distance between greens and tees. A well stocked Pro shop combined with a relaxed atmosphere in the bar. Certainly one to tick off the bucket list if you haven't already played it.

Very well designed, tricky course with plenty of bunkers. Friendly, attentive staff. Takes at least 4 hours to complete even with no waiting. A buggy is a must and is included in the price. So were two bottles of water. Very kind.
