I purchased furniture here and my beloved dryer! If they are out of stock on an item, you have to know to ask them to check another store.
I have been to this brand store more than 5 times, for different purposes. Conforama Nothing in stock, and waste your time wait in line talk with assistant. Period! Their business model is like- almost all displayed items are not for sale, and they are for retail display purpose only. Most of them haven’t even been manufactured yet. If you like anything, they will take you money first and placing the order for you from suppliers in China ( or somewhere else). Big numbers of items are taking up to 3 months to delivery. Can’t believe this is ‘so-called- smart’ business model ( omg! we have learnt in business school 15 years ago- supply / retail inventory efficiency) still could survive in this fast paced world now. Isn’t order directly from China suppliers’ online platform ( don’t want to mention it here for Mkt purpose) by yourself would be cheaper and faster? Why we need Conforama in between? Cost us more by using their employees’ hand, longer waiting time caused by their slow logistic procedures?
