I totally recommend this place.. the villa was spacious and clean. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The beaches close to Ponta Grande were amazing!! I had a great customer experience overall!!

I was persuaded into a timeshare at the hotel I was promised everything and got nothing. They told me I could sell my title at anytime and that they would help sell it and till this day(4 years) they haven’t kept there word. They also told me I could use my time share at anytime but I unfortunately trusted them and didn’t read the full contract.They promised me if you were a member they would send you a card and rental cars would be upto 15% cheaper. I never got the membership card or the cheaper rental car. Be very careful if you ever decide to go to this hotel as they might try to do the same to you.

Great bar and restaurant with lovely pool view and seating, Paulo and his team are so friendly, highly recommend.

Nice resort with individual cosy bungalows and a common swimming pool. The restaurant is great and the desk is very helpful. Walking distance to the St Rafael beach and 10 minutes away from Albufeira centre by car.
I'm not able to state how amazing the staff are. After arriving at the resort at midnight without having any dinner and a bad trip, the staff went beyond the call to help us. From the bar staff cooking all 6 of us tosties and checking if we needed anything,to the Amazing receptionist who helped us with our things and explained everything to is in a nice calm way. If ever you want to stay I can't recommend this place enough. %100 amazing service
