I can honestly say we had a fantastic time on this resort and were grateful we booked privately I can definitely recommend the O Pav restaurant as we ate in there most nights and during the day by the pool. The apartment we had was booked directly from the owner and was great it was nice knowing what the apartment looked like before we arrived and we now know for future bookings what to expect the apartment was very luxurious and had very fast free Internet and great world TV channels and movies, something I think the resort charge for when booking direct, I can honestly say that booking direct is more personal and being able to be dropped off from the airport directly by the transfer company with our cases was a Godsend. If you are thinking of coming to this great complex then I would seriously think of booking directly with a private owner and get a great experience. Jackey UK.

I thought we were getting great value until we spoke with a family who were renting directly with an owner of an apartment on the village, we then realised very quickly that if we had booked directly we would not have to dealt with the staff of Clube Albufeira who at best were just plain rude. We had a look around the apartment the lovely couple were staying in and OMG they are worlds apart, mainly because they have been decorated with pride and no amount of corners cut, it had really fast Internet which was free and all the UK channels we could ever want. The couple had been coming for years and that was another selling point because they knew the apartment that they were getting each time, we got pot luck on where we would end up, we love the complex and would come back but would seriously think about going direct next time.
I would have enjoyed the experience more if the staff were not so rude and unhelpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was fine but not great, but the biggest problem was having to carry our suitcases up a very steep hill, unsympathetically the reception staff did not care that we were 4 people 2 children but with 4 cases. The food in Pavillian restaurant was fantastic and this made our stay somewhat better but if we were to return we would definitely go with a private owner and get a much better deal. Nomani
Nice place to spend some chilled vacations. The room was modern, with equiped kitchen and a bathroom. Several pools, bars and restaurants to choose. Nights are calm and people respect each other in general.

We spent 4 amazing nights here. Our apartment looked recently fully refurbished. All new and modern. 100% comfortable and spacious. Swimming pools and surroundings also new, well maintained. Room cleaning service everyday, Parked very close to the apartment door. For sure we will come back here on next vacation. Thank you very much.
We'll maintained and quiet holiday resort with a mixture of apartments and villas. Has a large shared public pool with bar that does good, simple, food and great drinks at reasonable prices. I found that reception staff were helpful with things like booking taxis and local info. There's a decent shop selling what you need while on holiday. Cash machine on site too. Cleaning and maintenance staff are polite and pleasant. Nice 25minute walk to the old town through parkland - roughly 4 for a taxi back later at night. All things considered it's a great place to stay.
Brilliant resort. We love the Top pools, well my son does. He jumps off when the lifeguards not looking
