Breaking the spirit of the law by refusing to refund a covid cancelled holiday for over a year now. Monica Isabel won't respond to your emails or calls either. You can't just take peoples' money and offer zero in return. I'd recommend not booking direct with this lot.

Apartment is nice, staff are lovely , housekeeping team were great.. always left the room smelling fresh. Only 3 stars as when we got there we weren't allowed to use the pool or any other facilities - all due to covid 19 so I don't blame the hotel but it would be nice if that was included in the description of the hotel when booking.... We were told we can use the pool at a hotel near by and we did , it was nice but also kind of awkward going in .. Our apartment had a beautiful view from the balcony, we were right at the beach so very happy with that.

Nice place and good location but apartments a bit dated. Be careful if you have kids in the swimming pool as they have 2 deep drops into deep ends which aren't controlled or supervised. Also no signage for how the 3 sections of the pool which is criminal and why i ended up breaking my nose swimming under water into one of the slopes which are so steep its like a brick wall!

Lovely location, beautiful beaches. The apartment was spacious & clean. The food was good, you could always find something you liked. Lots of friendly people. Good base for the night life, just five minutes in taxi.

Gorgeous place. Friendly and helpful staff. Apartments spacious clean with beautiful views. Hotel based few steps away from thw beach. Very child friendly with many activities during school holidays. Food was yummy too. Very big choice of fresh tasty food- even the most fussy eaters will come out of that hotel with full stomach. I cannot praise this hotel enough. It's worth every penny and I recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Albufeira and looking for a great place to stay. I spent my first holiday with my 5year old son in there and we had fantastic time.

We literally got back from here yesterday and gotta say really enjoyed the place the staff were super friendly especially some on the lads in the restaurant. Food was really good lots to choose from we mainly had breakfast and dinner which both tasted really nice. Outdoor pool was cold so we spent most of our days in the indoor pool but to add the sea was also cold we only ventured in twice in 10 days. I did do 2 scuba dives on Monday I had a 7ml suit on with under vest and hood and my computer was stating 12c so was cold for this time of year I’m guessing. Overall would recommend staff and food was great. I think going to Europe at the moment is very expensive especially if you want to do excursions or even eat out or buy snacks etc. Would I go back yes but not anytime soon but thanks for the memories one thing I would say when we booked stated private beach but it’s open to everyone and I mean everyone!!
