Absolutely wonderful evening. Absolutely nothing was anything but perfect. Every course was superb and the wine (with a lot of help from Hugo the fantastic Sommelier) complimented the food wonderfully. The best food we had on holiday, if not ever. Have been thinking about the evening every day on holiday and will do for some time.

My family came here after hearing about the Michelin star buzz for this place. As a not so serious person, I was perplexed when I asked them to substitute a few courses because of my food allergy and they said they couldn't accomodate substitutions because it didn't fit well with the narrative and story progression of their dishes. So they opted to just leave me out on a few courses...weird... But aside from that the food was generally tasty and creative.

This place is amazing! Great food, attentive staff and many unexpected additional parts to make an enjoyable meal. If its a special occasion, want a treat and something different, this is the place to go! I would highly recommend the "beef" dish. This place is comparable to high end restaurants in London.

The waiters were all lovely and super nice. They ask about any food allergies and help you choose the right menu for you. In the evening, there are 2 menus ( meat or fish) and a vegeterian option as well. Very tasty dishes and suprising too, with excellent product.

Opened two weeks ago, already fully operational - five star experience on all facets from food, to service, wine pairing and ambience. Very experimental journey on palate of the tasting menu. Wine pairing with local Portuguese grape varieties and wine makers - bold and excellent choices. Tasting menu unfortunately is either meat or seafood. Would be a more complete journey if the head chef can mix the two to maximize taste bud experience

We went here for our friend’s 40th. Incredible experience from start to finish. From the greeting to the petits fours- excellent at every step. Michelin star quality tasting menu with superb wine pairings. Perfect service, bit of storytelling, creativity, setting. A highlight of our trip.
