We stayed at this hotel in mid of September. This resort is in a very large complex right next to the beach. Beach only 5 min walk down some steps. The rooms were immaculate & cleaned daily, but old fashioned. Very well maintained the grounds, gardens. Respect to the gardeners, who we could see working hard every day Food was O.K. and pretty standard for "all inclusive" affair. Overall, not bad hotel.

We stay 2 nights in the end of Jully. It is a 4 stars with somethings from a 3 and 2 stars. I am going explain my point of view. Parking, if you have place you need to pay 5 per day or you need to let your car outside in a wild parking without security ( they told that they have cameras but is not true). Some points in the room are low standing too. Food was correct, pools are fine too. We sent a mail asking if is possible to exchange the name in the invoice but we never had an anwser. Finally 3 start is the true.

Spacious, clean, very well maintained resort. Really silent in the apartments and surround spaces, you can only hear the birds when walking by. The pools are great, generous sized, decent amount of space around it. You can opt by the crowded, activities focused one, or chill out in the second one much more calm and not so crowded. Covid19 prevention measures are overall respected, and most of employees do their best to keep everything clean each table turn. All-inclusive with regular meals, spiced up were and there with some regional gastronomy options. Great attention to detail. All cars around the facilities are electric to keep the environment silent and clean air. Direct access to a fantastic beach is top notch! Great place to spend some weeks relaxing, exercising or just take advantage of the silent and have some good rest. Will return for sure!

Booked 2 superior large rooms. Checked in and they gave us 1 superior large and one standard basic and tried to claim both rooms superior large. Got it changed. You have to pay for the safe in the room. Both safes did not work. Wasted 3 hours getting these issues resolved. Food is just about enable in the buffet with flies all over the open food. Room i216 smells of mold and you can see mold all over the wall by the air conditioner. Would not use this property again.

Amazing collection of appartments spread out over a picturesque resort, great location only a quick stroll to the beach. Had entertainment and spa facilities to keep us busy and relaxed throughout our stay. Used the free shuttle to visit and explore the local town of Albufeira. Buffet was great, nice mix of meats, fish, pizzas, pastas and salads. Breakfast was also great with them offering a wide range of tasty options. I definitely did not leave hungry! Bar was always staffed with a friendly face and had a good collection of drinks. Staff were very helpful whenever needed and always went the extra mile. Would definitely go back.

As a couple visiting in May I think we times.ot just right - I imagine this place will be overrun with very children in July / August. The Upgraded rooms are nice and the entertainment team are amazing. The food is good to. As a couple in our late 20s I think the start of may / end of Sep would be the best time to visit. I think the 4* rating is a tad to high in all honesty, definitely a 3* plus.
