Edit: Apart from my initial experience which was totally not great, I must say that the customer support, afterwards, was superb! I know, now, that effectively the company was not the one to blame, and yet, they took all the means to satisfy my needs in the fastest way possible. We reached an agreement and everything end up well. This company have earned my total respect for the way they dealt with an unsatisfied customer, I will definitely buy from them next time. Original post:(1*)The website does not contemplate the fact that the items are not in stock, nor it warns the user that the items you ordered are not in stock. So you will endup waiting indefinitely for as long as 30 days(according to T&C) for the package to arrive. I let one week pass and then asked about an estimate to customer support, the answer was way to vague, like - \if not this week it will be in the next one\. I did waited one more week I did not for the next one.
