OVERALL: satisfied. Positives: it was easy to enter into contact with the company (Whatsapp); feedback was quick; opening the process was easy. Flexibility in agreeing on the substitution luggage (to receive a certain brand - same as the original luggage had - instead of a "white brand"). To improve: organisation of more complex issues.

Dno!!! Zniszczyli mój plecak w którym był uszkodzony zamek i zatrzask. Taki plecak kosztuje teraź około 1000zl a oni zaproponowali mi odszkodowanie 200... Każdy osiedlowy kaletnik byłoby to naprawił. A oni go zutylizowali. Skandal!!!!!
